Topic: Values and Benefits
The lecture on values and benefits was purely based on an activity. The activity requires the student to read a paper that talks about benefits and challenges. The objective of this lecture for the students to be able to appreciate the benefits and also the challenges when implementing an EA.
A group will read a paper about, say, benefits, prepare a video and share that with a group that is doing challenges. Group that viewing challenges will write a summary of what they learned about the video lecture.
A problem is that the amount of time required is more that what I anticipated. In the future, I would ask the students to read the article first rather than let them read the article in class. That would give them ample time to complete the activity.
I also discussed on Test 1. I have completed grading Test 1 and gave back all their papers.
Next week's lecture is on EA Methodology that will be delivered fully online. The announcement on the video will be given this week.
