Irsyad and Mirza got below 20 for Test 1.
Causes
Each of the student was contacted to know the problems. Only managed to get in touch with Mirza. He stated that he did not understand some of the materials
Intervention Plan
This is only Test 1. I need to watch Mirza closely and ask him frequently, if he is doing okay.
