Customer Relationship Management is about managing a company's interaction with existing and prospective customers. In this activity, students have to find an example of a CRM software and show to the class the features and functionalities of that software and share it their findings in class. To ensure student's understanding, they need to prepare a simple quiz for the other teams to answer. One team uses Kahoot!
